04/09/2012 - Santos Brasil registers record volume of more than 100,000 containers handled per month at Tecon Santos

Santos Brasil, a leading South American container handling company, recorded a milestone for the Brazilian port sector, handling more than 100,000 containers in less than a month at is operation at the Port of Santos.  As a result, the total volume for the month of August will be the highest registered among container terminals in Brazil. The total figure represents a 20% increase over August 2011 of the total handled by Tecon Santos.
