Trainee Program

The Santos Brasil Trainee Program aims to advance the careers of the next generation of future leaders, providing potential candidates with a broad view of our business. We seek to extract the best from each person, respecting their particularities and ensuring multiplicity in the professional environment and in our relationships.

Our two-year program includes a rotation across the Company’s different units, in addition to an integrated follow-up, ensuring that, on completion, you will have acquired new experience and professional skills. We will soon disclose information regarding the recruitment process.

Young Apprentice

Our Young Apprentice courses promote the development of young learners. Here students receive in-person training and hands-on experience. This is followed by quarterly performance evaluations, monitored by our sustainability area. At the end of the Programme, the apprentice becomes part of our talent bank.
