Santos Brasil increases online services for importers, exporters, freight forwarders and document agents

Santos Brasil clients have an exclusive performance monitoring tool. it is the first of its kind in the Port of Santos, and can now be accessed at the company¿s Client Portal (https://www.santosbrasil.com.br/tecon-santos-sistemas/Login.asp). Its purpose is to deliver gains in competitiveness for the company´s clients.

The Performance Panel is available at Tecon Santos and at the Clias (Logistics and Industrial Customs Centers) in Santos and Guarujá, and will give greater autonomy to importers, exporters, document agents and freight forwarders (NVOCC), who can issue customized analytical reports from each stage of the operational process and monitor its efficiency. The tool also provides quantitative reports for containers and breakbulk cargo.

The Panel is customizable according to the needs of each client, and includes information such as cargo presence, loading time, unloading time, storage, and other data. Reports can be issued in stages or in a single file and updated every six hours, enabling daily monitoring as necessary.
