CLIENT SATISFACTION

We adopt the customer advocacy concept, whereby the client¿s voice is heard in the Company through satisfaction surveys and, complaint handling and follow-up.

Satisfaction surveys are developed by the Competitive Intelligence area, and use the NPS - Net Promoter Score methodology that measures client satisfaction and loyalty. They can be accessed and completed at the Client Portal during the service provision period, or via telephone contact.
